Overview
Simplifying the Property Journey
For this UX/UI exploration, I researched the **My Tall Poppy** experience with a focus on making the property journey feel more transparent, intuitive and approachable. I looked at the key interactions across buying and selling—from property discovery and making an offer to real-time updates, document management and digital signing. The research highlighted the importance of **clear visual hierarchy, simple navigation, accessible language, real-time status indicators and reducing cognitive load**. Based on these insights, I explored four visual directions and developed dashboard, property, offer, document and mobile concepts designed to create a consistent experience across desktop and mobile while reinforcing Tall Poppy’s trusted and modern brand.
Making the Property Journey Simpler
The property buying and selling process can feel complex, with information, updates and documents spread across different interactions. Users need a clearer way to understand where they are in the process, what happens next and what actions require their attention.
One Clear, Connected Experience
I explored a more intuitive digital experience that brings key property information, offers, updates, documents and actions into one place. The concepts use clear navigation, visual status indicators and accessible content to reduce cognitive load and make the journey easier to understand across desktop and mobile.
